Day One

Monday May 11, 2015
Weight: 290lbs

Breakfast (10:30am)
-Smoothie  
(1 cup strawberries (frozen), 1 banana, 2 kumquats, 1 cup kale "smoothie" mixed salad)

Lunch (2pm)
-Turkey Zucchini burger
-Spring mix salad with 1 tbsp raspberry vinaigrette dressing
-2 cups honeydew/cantaloupe melon
-Wegmans Greek chocolate yogurt

Dinner (6:30pm)
-Chicken Caesar salad 
(3 oz grilled chicken, 2 1/2 cups romaine lettuce, 2 tbsp Ken's Lite Creamy Caesar dressing, 2 tbsp Wegmans Caesar croutons, 1 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp homemade bacon bits)

Snacks

9:30pm
-2 cups cucumber
-single serve garlic hummus
-Wegmans Greek coffee yogurt

1:30am
-1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
-1/4 cup Cocoa Chia granola
-1/4 cup sliced strawberries

Exercise
-20 minute walk with Iris (10:00am)

Notes: 
-NEED MORE EXERCISE. 20 MINUTES A DAY WITH THE DOG WILL NOT MAKE YOU LESS OF A FATASS, FATASS!
-Hunger levels seem well controlled at this point. Definitely feeling hungry before time for next meal, but nothing too uncomfortable/unbearable.
